I’ve got my eggs at 45-55 for the whole run, but I’m unsure of what humidity to put it at during lock down. I’ve seen people say 55, 65, 70, and 80.
So what humidity should my lockdown be at?

I aim for 65% but it will spike when hatching starts. At which point avoiding condensation is preferred so that drips from the lid will not accidentally drown a pipped chick.

My favorite hatching resource actually recommends 60% and I will say that I do think the high humidity hatching IS the cause of some of the shrink wrapping.

Hatching humidity is on about page 43..

Happy hatching! :jumpy:jumpy

Quickly, I'm referring to chicken eggs.
