what i awoke to this morning...

and went into the coop to collect my eggs before work...
all I can do is shake my head and laugh!

then they started to play "ring around the rosey'

Realized that I was taking their photos, and they all hid their heads because they were embarrased!

That is adorable...and please...I'm not trying to be a wet blanket...but did you happen to notice the broken egg in the second photo under the gc in the middle? I think that's what they had their heads in the box for......

yea, i took it out before they started playing ring around the rosey. the middle hen is to old to lay, she stepped on the egg trying to sit on it. The hen to the left just went broody on me (trying to break her!!!!UGGG) and the poor white one just needed to lay. They all seem to want the area farthest to the left. dont know why.
