What incubation temps and humidity? For quail ASAP please

Hello @Nabiki my quail are now a week old and their heat plate needs raising, however some of the quail are much larger than the others? Why is this, I don’t want to raise the plate to much or the smaller ones won’t get enough heat, and if I lower it the large ones get no heat. Why have they grown like this?
