What is a Queen Elizabeth II chicken?

    A friend of mine asked me about a Queen Elizabeth II chicken she has read about. Never heard of those, what are they?

    All I could find was something about a stuffed chicken breast dish. Like this one:

    Don't know why it's named after the Queen...must be some story behind it but I couldn't find it.
