What is an absolute minimum processing for raw dog feeding?

This thread is very interesting. I’m considering this for a few roosters that have to go. They are mean. My question is (and this may sound dumb or silly) but you just plop and semi processed chicken in their dinner bowl?

I'm more likely to sit it on a grassy lawn and let the dog eat outside.
