What is eating my bak Choy and how to get rid of it? I don't think worms

nibbled on them because it has devoured half of the bed and left the other half untouched (until now). The plants it ate look like skeletons. It also ate radish tops and Chinese kales. The radishes in ground are perfectly untouch tho! I have applied DE two days ago in case it was slugs... help!!
