What is happening to her feathers?

Can she be molting in March? She is only nine months old. Lays an egg almost daily but we did notice she is sneezing a lot today.

She might be getting overmated or feather picked. Can you look for any dirty feathers or signs of feather mites? Is that the only place that feathers are thin? Do you have a rooster or cockerel?
