What is he?

So we got Han from rural king on the 7th of May. Picked him because it said he's a silver laced wyandotte male. That's specifically what we were after. He was 4 days old when we got him. Now that he's older it's pretty obvious that is not what he is. He is all black with slate legs and now he has one little feather on each foot. None on his legs. I know these are not good pictures and I will try to get better ones. I will update when I get them. Does anyone have an idea of what he might actually be? Rural king uses Hoover hatchery if that makes any difference at all.
He has a home with us regardless of what he might be.

Looks like an Easter Egger of sorts. Possibly Olive egger.

According to your description, most likely a hybrid.. Many of the hatcheries have several projects going these days. making more Marans variety crosses, etc.
 
It's just starting to come out, like our Easter eggers did. It does appear to be a rose comb to me.
