What is it??? Pendulous crop?

This chicken has this mass that has been there for months. She eats, runs around and appears fine, but never lays an egg. I feel I am getting the short end of the stick here. Any ideas? It is not hard and when she runs it swings back and forth like one large .... Well, never mind. Anyway, any ideas??

it does not change from morning to night
she is about a year old

might be a tumor since it doesn't change size. did it appear quickly or gradually?

it appeared gradually, it is soft, does not feel like mass.

if not impacted then how about sour does her breath smell kinda funky? my americana died about 2 months ago from a tumor right below her crop so it might be one
