Yeah, he isn't a game though I can tell by body shape build feathering etc...

It says that the black copper has red on it, around the chest and shoulders, but mine has no red at all

What hatchery did he come from, do you know? I agree with Crazy for Chickens! He does resemble a Birchen Marans. He's a little off but if he is a hatchery bird then that explains it. No way to know for sure as he won't be laying eggs to verify.
