What is my Turkey doing to the other one??

My white Royal palm Turkey named dandelion had being doing something weird with my other chocolate Turkey taco, sometimes they will put a wing down and just start circling taco and taco will just run away, is this a normal behavior or is this something that will determine their genders? If needed I can try to get this behavior on camera as well.

Just a dominance display. I have had day old poults do it in the brooder.
