I've never had a cockerel (or a pullet) crow like that. But sure, video wouldn't hurt.
But it's absolutely a hen and not a cockerel.

Thank you for your responses! This buff rock out of are 7 is the only one that makes these sounds (ur, ur, ur, UR, UR!) which lead us to believe that she is not a girl.
