Can you get or post a pic that very accurately shows its color? Partridge are nifty in that most cases they can be sexed by their plumage. The little cockerels get very red, while the pullets stay a more demure brown or blonde. Some of your pics make it look very red, others not so much. And, when I had partridge Silkies, my pullets would typically show penciling in their wing feathers (where they're usually less shredded and you could actually see it) and my cockerels would be more dappled, like your chick.
