What is this bug in my coop????

I have been seeing these tiny crawling bugs on the roof of the nesting box area. As you can see they're pretty small. Any idea what they are. And ps, the white stuff is DE. And if you have any advice on where to find out what they are and/or pest control - that would help too. I will only use natural products.

I now have what looks like this same bug. They crawl...don't fly although on first inspections they look like they might have wings. you can tell the size from the philips head screw on the lower right. They are small but very visible to the human eye. I got the third or fourth in my hair today after I had handled the roo this morning. I just shook my hair out onto a clean surface after feeling something crawling in my scalp....and a little guy this size landed.

I will try to find another one (gettting creeped) out in the coop and see if I can get a clear picture. Looks like I have some work cut out for me. What is the process ? and in which order do I eliminate. (I'm thinking birds first so they don't reinfest the coop after I deal with that)

PS I did spray the roo with Poultry Protector this morning but could not find any bugs on him. I felt it in my hair later.

Thanks for any and all input!

Silverfish are considered a household pest, due to their consumption and destruction of property.[6] While responsible for the contamination of food and other types of damage, they do not transmit disease.[2][17] (Via Wikepedia)
What do you treat for silverfish? I already have DE

It's really hard to tell from the picture but I'm fairly certain this is what we have as well. There are so many of them and they are on the ground, all over the wood, and especially all over anything concrete. They're even climbing up the feed bucket. It does seem like they only come out at night and they're moreso outside than inside. We have been spraying Permethrin and it doesn't seem to touch them. I finally bought something that my local co-op kept calling demon powder and sprinkled it all around the ground and outside on the surfaces of the hen house. That seemed to do the trick and it hasn't made any chickens sick.
