My girls often do this too! Especially my BR girls

They will even jump up and sit on the arm rest looking at me like "Uhm.. Excuse me, but you STOLE my chair"

Ha ha! Thats so funny! I actually have a kiddie chair in the shed.... maybe I'll take it out today and see how she likes it!
