What is This? Help!

i found this on my Mosaic today. I thought it was poop at first because the other girls roost higher than she does. I tried to wash it off. Keep in mind she has black skin, but it’s obviously not poop.
Is this just a sore I can treat or is this really bad?

Looks like it could be a feather cyst, a festering injury or abscess.
I would clean it well with Chlorhexidine (hibiclens) and investigate it further to see if there's pus or curled up feather(s) underneath that.

She could soak it depending on where it's located, if not, then warm compresses may be the way to go.
