I am leaning more for weasel. It just appears too light to be a pine marten but I think it is one or the other.

It looks like a weasel, due to the black tip to it's tail. X

Sorry I was wrong it is a stoat that has the black tip to its tail.

Pine Marten is darker.

Very clever cat.

Stoat is closely related to weasel and ermine.
Pine martins are wider and thicker bodied more closer related to the fisher.

Its likely a stoat or weasel.
