What is this on my chickens face??

I'm a chicken newbie so can't speak with any experience regarding chickens specifically, but i used to work as a veterinary assistant and the pictures, to me, look like a puncture wound (either a peck, or got poked with something) and resulting inflammation/swelling due to infection--possibly even an abscess.

If the animal were a dog or cat, I'd start with a hot (be careful not to get too hot for comfort--especially near the eye) wet compresses held to the spot for 5min or as long as you can manage it frequently throughout the day. If after a day or so you saw no improvement or drainage, then it would be time for the vet and some oral antibiotics, possibly lancing and irrigation if an abscess is confirmed. An infection that close to the eye/brain is cause for concern, especially if it appears to be getting worse.

It looks like a peck wound to me.
Buy some Chlorhexedine. Most chemists stock it. Buy it n spray form if you can but don't spray the hens face!
Spray a little into an egg cup or similar. Get a cotton bud and soak it in the chlorhexedine.
Get the scab off if it's reformed. Hold the wet end of the cotton bud against the open wound and let the chlorhexedine soak in.
Even if it's not a peck wound the chlorhexedine will disinfect the wound.

Is this better than Vetrycin? I have that and applied some last night…but I can get chlorhexadine if that is better! Thank you! Gonna go get updated pics in a sec!

Well there's an interesting question.
I'm going to stick my neck out and say yes. Chlorhexedine is the standard for wound disinfectant in most hospitals and vet practices. What makes it better than most, is once applied it left to soak into the wound it remains active and reaches full strength after 24ish hours I'm led to belleive.
I've never used Vetrycin and from a quick look on the web I can't find out exactly what it contains.

Okay, after much chasing I managed to finally catch her and inspect. I actually on closer look, think it looks a tiny bit better?? There’s nothing in her mouth and no pus that I can find so far. I used Vetrycin last night to clean it, but if needed I will get the other stuff. Thanks for your help!
