What is this on my chickens face??

Thanks for the photos!
The lump behind the head may be an impacted feather follicle. Look closely to see if there's an embedded feather.

The lump on her face, I wonder if it's injury - a poke or peck to the face. I'd continue to apply your ointment and antiseptic for another day to see if it reduces some more.
And yes...I would be tempted to remove the scab. Can't say if that's the right thing to do, but I'd probably do it if it were my bird:)

So I also found these weird bumps behind her ears…is this something more than a peck wound?? 😩
I can't see any weird bumps. I can see a broken feather and some vacant feather follicles.
Is she moulting?
Do you have a rooster and does he mate with her?
The time to use antibiotics is when there is either a probablity of infection or an existing infection. Also, different antibiotics are suitable for different problems.
Chucking antibiotics down a hen "just in case" is extremely bad for the hen, bad practice in health and bad for everyone else because bacteria develops resistance due to over and uneccessary use.
If hse is eating and drinking and going about her daily life as normal, showing no other signs of sickness then leave her to it.
You should however check her over for signs of parasites. You should do this with every chicken you have on a regular basis.

Yes, they are all growing in a bunch of new feathers and are molting. I didn't see any imbedded feathers with the inspection I could do...she doesn't really like it much haha. I did wonder if they were impacted follicles, but I have no idea what that looks like haha.

So I guess the only reason I wondered about MG or a virus being the cause...is that I had a hen with MG and IBV in August and I am assuming she gave it to the whole flock. This chicken is not sneezing, no runny nose, and no other signs of the ailment, but some of the other chickens have runny noses and a bit of sneezing. As you can imagine, most of the pure bred chickens are the ones with the issues...and Ms Pretty and her three siblings are "barnyard mixes" (cochin-marans-isbar mixes) and all four seem fine and are showing no signs of the issues. So that is why I didn't automatically assume it was related to the virus or MG, but now I wonder if it's related somehow? I don't use medication unless absolutely necessary, but I'm going on vacation and don't want my pet sitter to have to worry about a sick chicken...blah. I bought some of the chlorohexidine and will apply it and keep an eye on her.

Thanks for all your help!!

I can see why you would wonder that, but if she has no respiratory symptoms, I would still lean toward the swelling being from injury. Possible it's MG related, but her eye looks clear in the photos. If you start to see bubbles in the eye(s), mucous, coughing, etc. then we'd change directions.

I can clearly see the lump behind her ear - is there any pus or infection inside the ear by chance?

Okay cool, I’m going to try not to worry too much for now. See how she looks again tomorrow. I did not see any pus in her ears or anything concerning in her mouth. So weird…it’s like when your kids are little and they look miserable but you have no clue how to fix it cuz they can’t tell you what’s wrong.

Thank you for the help. I will probably update again tomorrow!

Well she looks worse now than last week so I think we will be headed to the vet this week. Blah…looks like an abscess? I put some chlorohexidine on it in hopes it would help some :-/

It could be an access. If it were me I'd try hot compresses. Thats what I've done for abbesses, and infection in the past.
