What is this on my girls face??! Should I be worried?

It looks like she has been pecked by the other chickens. Have you noticed the others bullying her? Peck wounds or injuries to the beak and wattles look black from dried blood. They sometimes can be mistaken for fowl pox, which are usually tan to dark brown spots. She should heal fine, but make aure she is not being bullied. Separate any aggressive chickens to lower their rank in the pecking order.
