Pullet with old, wrinkly face?

Hi my pullet 20 weeks old strated have this wrinkly old face , what can be cause?

She looks sick, did she eat any poisonous plants?

You should probably list where your from, people here can narrow down possible suspect of what's making her sick. Also include what your feeding her and how your housing her.

She is very pale, isn't she? Can you check to see if her crop is empty in the morning before she has anything to eat or drink? How does her poop look, can you post a picture of it?

Check her close for lice and or mites.
