What is this pair?

My parents went to visit my sister in Kentucky. They wanted to bring me back Silkies but didnt find any, are bringing these 4 back for me instead.
I know only 1 is a rooster. Curious what breed him and his girlfriend are. Maybe mutts? But still pretty.
They were told the other 2 are pencil laced silver wyandottes

The pair look like Spangled Old English Game Crosses or possibly very bad speckled Sussex bantams. Are the two penciled ones clean legged? They Look more like dark Brahmas to me.

The question is - What color are the LEGS?

Lots of birds are single combed with speckled/spangled coloration, the leg color is a main giveaway for what breed.

Your going to need better pictures, The Red, Black and White hen is Spangled colored and the Black and White one is Modeled with a lot of Gold leaking through.

spoke to my sister when i told her the different names she remembered what the guy told her
the pair are spangled old english perfect or not they are cuties
