My rooster has had an eye issue for 6 months I’m not sure if he got pecked or if there’s more to it
It hasn’t gotten worse or better
Is there something I should do for him or just leave it
His eye doesn’t seem to bother him and he’s very happy and healthy

His conjunctiva is swollen, possibly from a cyst or infection. Does he have any foam or discharge in the eye? Are there any peck marks? Has is changed or become larger? Are there any other symptoms, such as sneeze or gasping? An antibiotic ointment, such as Terramycin, Vetropolycin, or plain Neosporin, applied twice a day, may be helpful to keep it lubricated.

I would use the ointment for awhile, then you could switch of to a lubricant ointment for eyes, such as Puralube, later on if there is no change or improvement. You might want to show your vet a picture, or send a picture into your state poulty college or vet for an opinion.
