My RIR, has trouble laying eggs. She tried to roost and nothing comes out only an egg about once a month. Then this egg came out with this cyst thing in it. Has anyone ever seen this or know what it is?

She is just about 1 year old now. What can I do for an infection? She is eating and pooping but her egg laying is not good. I gave her calcium & gave her salt water bath.
 
I don’t know maybe I will have to bring her to the vet then if no one has any other ideas. I mean I am not getting any quality eggs from her.

I'm not quite sure, because I don't really know what's wrong with her yet.. is there any other information you can give us?
