So long story short my sister found a chick by our local McDonald's and she brought me the chick to take care of as she travels alot for work.

Baby was skinny and frail a few days ago very low energy and no desire to eat. He/she now full of energy and very cuddly and very loud! Eating and drinking great. Check her/ his crop often and it's almost always pretty full.

Now, I noticed a few days ago some weird bumps on top of her wings and I figured it was from.being skinny and weakn but now one of the bumps is red and looking weird. Any one see anything like this before? Also weird bump on leg?

Wing bumps look like the elbow joints. Sometimes during feathering as they lose their baby fuzz and grow feathers there are bare places, so that may be why they look so prominent. As long as they aren't raw or irritated I wouldn't worry. If needed you can put a tiny dab of plain neosporin on them if they look irritated. The bumps on the legs are spur nubs, where spurs may eventually grow. Even hens can have spur nubs, some hens even grow spurs, many don't. So you may have a "he" but it's early to tell.
