What is this?

I went out to give the chickens treats and this one was not interested in them at all, so that made me think something was wrong. Usually she doesn't let us pick her up but when I walked over she just sat there and didn't move. She looked uncomfortable and was away from the rest of the flock. Here is a picture of her vent. It looks like there is a sac or something hanging there?? It looks sort of like cooked egg white.
Does anyone know what it is or what I can do to help her??

It appears to be a fart egg. Slowly and gently pull it out. Then I recommend that you use a water/vinegar flush to prevent bacterial infection.
Use a large syringe without a needle, mixing 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to 1 quart of water. Use a syringeful of the mixture and insert the syringe into her vent and gently flush. Use 3-4 syringefuls, the liquid may or may not flow out of her vent afterwards.
