What is wrong with my chicken?

I wish I could be more help, @azygous @Wyorp Rock @Eggcessive may be able to help more. I agree it may be a reproductive issue.
They can survive it if it's caught early enough. Sometimes antibiotics are necessary. @Ry123, where are you located? Climate is almost always a factor, adding your geographical location to your profile is very helpful. Simply click your profile picture at the top of the screen, click "Account Details" and write your geographical location in the "Location" box.
I hope others are able to shed more light on the situation.

I have been treating my two-year old Golden Sex-link Pearl for a year for a reproductive infection. She's losing weight, has diarrhea tinged with yellow, and while she takes part in daily flock activity, she hasn't been her high octane mischievous self in a year. I began treating her with Doxycycline, and when that failed to improve her, I went to amoxicillin, and when that didn't work, I went to Clindamycin, and that didn't do anything, so now she's on Triple C, another "cycline".

Four antibiotics and no change. That should tell you how stubborn reproductive infections are, and I began treating her very early, too.

No, I do not plan to cull her. As long as she's having a life, eating, mingling, enjoying free ranging, she will remain in the flock, but I will euthanize when her quality of life suffers.

By all means give her Nutri-drench. I would go even further and put the Nutri-drench in a cup of water with a teaspoon of sugar in it. It won't sure the infection, but it will boost her nutrients and elevate her glucose and give her energy to eat.

It's work trying an antibiotic, even though the prognosis is poor. Hens can live quite a while with these infections before it ruins life for them.

I bought my antibiotics from Jedd's Pet Supply. Another one is KV Supply.
