Some chickens adore the spa experience. Others need to be held in place. If I need for a chicken to soak more than five minutes, I get a milk crate and place it over the chicken sitting in the tub of water. I weight it down with something heavy on top for the determined escape artist. It frees me up to go do other things while the patient soaks.
