What is your favorite homemade jelly?

When I lived in Chile a friend had a "campo" (very rural farm) way outside of Santiago. A local woman worked as his maid when he stayed out there. He had quite a spread and let local men work fields and his orchards and use 60% of their harvest to feed their families and sell for cash, the remainder he used himself, gave to us and helped local families not doing well with. The maid made a terrific rhubarb and orage marmalade. It was very simple, not very tart or sweet but amazing... I Google'd a few recipes and this one looks like what I remember it being like...

The favorite at our house is raspberry jam---the recipe right off the package of SureJell. It's the recipe their great-grandma uses, and they love her jam. They call it Great Grandma R's Rock Star jam because it is so good rock stars would buy it to eat.

Hands down my favorite jelly is Crab Apple Jelly not only is it a beautiful, natural pink color but the flavor is out of this world

My husband was overseeing some condo building in Panama City Beach a few years ago and we would go to this flea market on Saturdays...there was this woman there that sold homemade jelly and I bought several different flavors but the Mayhaw jelly was to DIE FOR! I wish I knew that ladys # and I'd call her up and have her make me some more!
