Like grape only about a zillion times better!!! In fact, I tend to describe the taste as a combination of grape and mulberry. I gotta make a BUNCH this summer 'cause I will be leaving my Elderberry bush before next Summer's crop.

Not so fast.... I been making that stuff for years. I also do jalapeno peach, jalapeno grape and jalapeno strawberry. I've used habaneros, too, in my peach jam. WooHoo!

I made wild grape jam (seeded but not put thru strainer or cheesecloth) last year with neighbors grapes and it was fabulous. A simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich took on a whole new meaning.

I make a habanero/cranberry jelly that gets requested every year for a Cristmas gift. My Auntie likes to sprinkle some dried and fresh cranberries over the jelly that is on top of cream cheese.

I just finished some strawberry preserves. Yeah! Guys made preserves......and the best darn Bread & Butter pickles you ever tasted. It's nice to have things made with real sugar instead of High Fructore Corn syrup. Strawberries were $1 a lb. What's a guy to do!?
