What is your regular thanksgiving dinner??

We have:

Turkey
Mashed potatoes w/ homemade gravy
3 types of cranberry sauce
stuffing made by my DH (delish!)
rolls & butter
some kind of green vegetable
pumpkin pie
birthday cake (to celebrate DD's b-day)

I'm sure I'm forgetting things too....

Definitely a turkey but also either a ham or a goose. Cranberries, stuffing, all kinds of pie, mashed potatoes, and thats just the tip of the iceberg...

Hmm... Since I don't really celebrate the holiday myself and it's usually just my hubby, father and my kids, I make something small.

Menu:
Turkey, Goose, or Ham
Real Cranberry Sauce
Gravy (unless I made ham)
Mashed Potatoes
Candied Yams
Homemade rolls
Stuffing
Some sort of veggies (usually Swiss Veggie Casserole)
Pumpkin or Apple pie with vanilla ice cream for dessert.

Seems like we all have pretty much te same stuff. Is there anything in particular in your neck of the woods that goes into the dressing/stuffing?
