Yesterday I went for a 2.75 mile walk, non stop the entire way. My back aches a little when I do the long walks, but it will continue to improve. I do have one knee that aches a lot, but it is the same one I broke the knee cap off of about 18 years ago. Nothing I can't work through tho.
And as far as clothing expense, I buy bibbed over-alls and wear them all of the time. I can (and have) drop 10 sizes and still wear the same ones.
You have your own cheering team in here! You look fantastic~congratulations! I know you must feel so much better~physically AND mentally. What an accomplishment. Keep up the good work. So tell me.........how do you stay focused?
