What killed my babies

What could have done this to my babies? They are in, what I thought, was a predator proof barn.

Coon's, most likely, they always go for the brains. If a vindictive 4 year old can get in your barn, so can a coon.

They were not in with others, only six babies

Weasels will chew into the skull, or neck vertebrae to immobilize their prey, & will often do sport kills.

And they can easily fit through chicken wire holes without any effort.
