I agree, he's a lovely self blue OEGB cockerel.

I have an OEGB rooster (silver duckwing) and he's wonderful! I have a young sibling (she's only six) who loves my bantams, she'll catch the hens and hug them, the rooster (Gary) is very respectful of her personal space, from the very beginning I explained to her that she was not to chase Gary, it worked! He's truly an amazing rooster.

(I cured my little sister's obsession with my chickens by giving her, her own little flock; Olive (Easter Egger x Silkie) Shark (RIR mix) Pickle(RIR mix) Midnight(RIR mix) 'The best way to cure her chicken fever was to get her some chickens!)

Killing a rooster for showing natural behaviours?

Uh he had 3 strikes. And after getting me through a pair of jeans to the point of blood running down my leg then yes killing for “natural behavior”. If the natural behavior is attacking me for not doing anything but feeding and collecting eggs well he wasn’t safe.

exactly. I don’t deal with any violent action towards myself well. He had to go. I don’t rehome mean roos. It shouldn’t have to be someone else’s problem.

Y'all up for a couple more?? I think Tyrannosaurus Peck (T-Peck) is also a cockerel, but I just know he is a bantam. I think Godzilla is maybe a pullet? And Shamus is maybe also a pullet? Thinking of changing her name to Shami.
