What kind of chicken is this? Or is it a rooster?

We had two chicks that looked the same from the rainbow pullet mix from cackle hatchery. This one looks much different from the other one, which makes me wonder if she’s a different kind or if she’s actually a he. This one has much larger and red comb and wattles, and white spot on each side of the head too! The last picture is what the other one looks like (pink and small comb and wattles and no white spot). We thought they were both welsummers, but now not so sure.

The white "spot" is a sure sign of Leghorn instead of wellsummer. It looks like you should have white eggs soon. Your other hen looks to be a wellsummer, but I am not as familiar with those.

Just for my own learning - why a brown leghorn and not a hatchery quality cream legbar? Especially being from the rainbow mix? Is it the color shading? The posture?
