What kind of chicks am I getting

Are you sure that the chickens are purebreeds and not mixes? Maybe some other rooster came into the picture.... A white bird crossed with a red would be a red sex link, I think if it is red rooster over white hen. The female chicks would be a brown, reddish color and the males yellow or white.

Well we have 2 out of 6 hatch and its day 25 one is a red sex link the other is a black sex link

We only have the one rooster and when we got them we waited 2 weeks before starting to collect the eggs

Hens can retain sperm from a mating with high fertility for up two weeks, moderate fertility for up to three weeks, and occasional fertility for up to four weeks. If she was with roosters other than the RIR during the period before you started collecting eggs , he may not be the father.

Where you got them from, did they have roosters?

They can still have another roosters sperm in them. I would wait at least a month or more if the previous home had a rooster with them.
