What kind of container do you use for grit?

I use a cement block, grit in one hole and oyster shells in the other. Pretty stationary.:D
Cinderblocks are so handy.....temp roost holders/feeder holders (adjustable heights using holes or top, standing up or laying down), water/feeder blocks, etc

I use this when integrating my 4 week olds who arent quite comfortable with eating in the run/not quite big enough to use the adult no waste feeder. Same idea with a branch = roost for littles not quite ready to roost with the cool kids....

My mind is literally blown. I only plant stuff in mine and I thought *that* was creative use of a bland object :gig
