What kind of dogfood do you feed your dog?

Lots of fresh meats, vegetables and fats, including raw bones, plus Avoderm Lamb, Canidae Salmon, Solid Gold. Am going to try Taste of the Wild.

I prefer to feed home cooked food to my dogs, but don't always do so. It's easy to get lazy.

When I feed packaged kibble, I rotate between the best brands I can find locally. That includes Solid Gold, Wysong, Canidae, Innova, Taste of the Wild, Mulligan Stew, etc.

And of course I rotate between the sources for protein, veggies, and carbs, regardless of whether it's homecooked or packaged. Beef, buffalo, duck, chicken, fish... green beans, carrots, blueberries... sweet potato, rice, barley...

Wellness for all of them. It is so hard to keep my opinion about grocery store dog food to myself.

But I will because everyone is different:)

Tried Canidae on our golden retriever. She has a history of sensitive stomache and digestive system Gradually switched her to the Canidae and still had severe diarraeha problems. Eagle Pack seemed to work better for her. Anyone else have similar problems with Canidae?

LOL I know it is hard... Even when you say here and serve it to them on a plate. some still don't get it.

We didn't have any problems with Canidae ALS, only fed one bag before switching to RAW, but I have heard of several people who have when they switched their formula.

Right now Im feeding Kirkland due to financial constraints, since things are a little better I will be getting Avo Derm next time I buy dog food since my dogs skin seems dry and itchy this spring more than in the past. When I could afford more premium foods I fed Pinnacle.
