What kind of shoes do you wear out to the chickens?

LOVE those! & I could keep from getting the bottoms of my pants dirty! What brand are those?!

My hubby got them here but I am sure they are cheaper elsewhere..

I wear LaCrosse knee high rubber boots. I got them for $3 at a second hand store in like new condition. I put a pair of sheep skin fleece sole inserts in them and they are so warm and cozy! The boots are about a 1/2 size too big so they easily slip off and on. Half the time I don't even where socks with them and they keep my feet warm and dry.

I really love my floral pink and purple Muck Shoes--they are lined well, waterproof, and warm, and slip on and off at the backdoor. They are great for walking in the muddy yard and garden, too.

I have rubber shoe just slips on. And I have LaCrosse and I have Muck shoes and boots.

My favorite Muck. Aria

I bought these from QC Supply. Haven't tried them yet because the chickens aren't out in the coop yet.

Ditto. I saw those when I was out looking for rubber boots to replace my old ones, and I was sold! Much more comfortable and better footing.

When it's hot, sometimes I wear Crocs, but less and less often, because the muck boot keep my feet cleaner.

I'm usually barefoot when I'm in the house, so it's a simple matter to slip into the chicken shoes when I go out. The crocs live on the back porch, and the muck boots come no farther than the laundryroom/mudroom area.

I either wear flip flops or my sheepskin pull-up boots. There is no in-between for high arches, beer gut, and diabetic feet.

When wet - flip flops definately.
