Upped my weights in my workouts! Chest presses are up to 18# dumbbells in each hand, chest fly is up to 12#, 8# for tricep kickbacks and skull crushers

Not a drop of oil after the 2hr drive down here. Band-aid appears to be a solid success… this pic was actually at the beginning of the 90 minute curing time. Keep in mind that I did some major cleaning to get this “band-aid like sealed” just to get thru the week…
