I saw a rainbow today! first time in a long time.

I made a batch of beer mac & cheese. I love that stuff. I divided it into three bread pans rather than one big pan to reduce over eating. I cooked up one of the pans and shared it with my tenant. The other two will go into the freezer for a day when I don't feel like cooking.

I bribe the tenant. I give you yummy food, will you take out the garbage? He is thankfully easy to bribe.

When doing something that I would have done anyways gets a big reward. I had a customer who purchased 3 dozen hatching eggs. For some reason or another she didn't get any chicks and didn't want more eggs or a refund. I always want to make things right, so I gave her 9 chicks. She's so thrilled that she's telling people about me and I'm getting several sales through her.

Happy customer makes me happy.
