Here's the list:

House did not burn on Monday even with the power surge/brownout that destroyed much and filled the house with 'electrical fire' smell.
Power restored yesterday.
Cable repaired today.

Now, if only I could take a warm shower.

Insurance company came up with a bit more money for the totaling of our car. Not a lot, but a bit.

I ditched the walker today (briefly) in order to walk (hobble, stagger) one lap around the house using two canes instead. One lap loop around the house is one-tenh of a mile. Took me ten minutes and felt wonderful! Don't tell my Home Health PT, he might faint.

I also cleaned my poop trays. Oh my goodness they were AWFUL. I had to completely strip out about 1/4 of them and put in new sand and PDZ. But now I am back on my feet enough to clean them daily as they should be!

I also cooked my verion of cashew chcken with rice. DH loved it. And of course now I am BEAT. Lol.
