What makes BYC so FUN? Why do I LOVE this site?

That's all dependent on the state of your knees. There is nothing worse than a man in a kilt with knobbly knees. All the old guys round here stick to tartan trews for that reason. Perhaps you should consider those instead.

I didn't think that I would ever not have a house full of kids but finally they were all grown and gone. Couple of times Hope asked why was I walking around naked. Because I can I told her. Then after less than two years of freedom my mother came to live with us. Sure changed a lot of things. Don't come to the table without a shirt, don't wear a hat indoors, do this, don't do that. Shoot, I'm twelve again........

............Still I wouldn't have her anywhere else. She is a dear...........most of the time

This thread cracks me up. I'm glad you all feel the same way I do.

BTW I am dressed, hair combed and in a bun, and no fuzzy bunny slippers. Check back in about ten hours.... I swear it will be a whole lot interesting, complete with bunny slippers and scary face cream.

Welcome oletimer. This is a pretty nice place to visit. This internet thing is pretty amazing. The fact that someone across an entire ocean can remind me of how little time is left on this of the mountain is purely amazing.
