What on Earth is this bird?!

We have a joke in the household now that our chicken breeder sold us a pigeon. So we tried picking up another Silkie to join our flock, and although this bird has some Silkie, I have no idea what else she could be? The breeder's "Silkie" laying chickens hardly looked Silkie themselves. Hopefully a female? She has slightly fuzzy Silkie legs, extra toe like a Silkie, black eyes, but she also has (as of this week) a vivid mohawk. Could she be half Polish? She jumps extremely high and she's very quick. She latches onto the ceiling of her coop, too.

Could it be a Sultan, perhaps? They also have five toes, feathery feet, and a crest, I think.
