I think everyone would be wise to change or drop this subject. It's beginning to sound like house rabbit society crap which is very scary and dangerous advice.
So, onto the next subject...

I'm not familiar with this organisation and their "scary advice", some explanation would be helpful...
 
This thread has been around for a while now and discussions have always been relatively peaceful or ended on a positive note. I do not wish to see it shut down. Let's keep it civil, and if that's not possible, I ask that we please drop the subject.
 
Standard Rex! Do you think they'd be good meat pens? I'm wanting to start my dogs on raw meat,
I know a lot of people might complain about that..

Well ironically, I would choose AmChins for meat pens. We have raised NZ, rex and amchin and our Amchin have better growth and dress weights than either of the other two.
Consequently we no longer raise NZ, only chins and Rex. Your rex are about 1-1.5 lb lighter than chins
