Do you know what breeds your neighbour has? I think it is highly likely that he is a barnyard mix with either some Marans or perhaps Brahma in the gene pool

Full brother or half brother or hatch mate brother but unrelated? Do you know if the hen that raised them was the mother of any of them? There are lots of possibilities with broody hens raising chicks as she may have been sitting on eggs laid by several other hens. How many roosters/cockerels does your neighbour have? If more than one, then that adds more breeds into the gene pool and if they are themselves cross breeds then the possibilities are endless and we could guess for ever more and still be wrong.

i am saying that he is his brother because they look like each other and i dont know if the hen who raised them was mother of any of them,my neighbour had only one rooster before these birds hatching and that rooster also looked like this rooster but they killed the rooster food because now they had 7 roosters 3 white leghorns one unknown and these 2 roosters and this rooster
