What should be in your first aid kit?

After scanning some of the messages on this thread I realized I hardly have anything on hand to treat my birds if they get sick. I've been really lucky, all I've had to deal with in the 18 months that I've had chickens is roundworms and lice. So I have some Wazine 17 and Sevin dust but that's all.
What's good to have on hand in case the birds start acting sick? Or just for general health maintenance?

I have VetRx, Terramycin, a salve, a heat lamp, a dog crate and Denegard (monthly preventative for respiratory illness) in my first aid kit.

There are lots and lots of threads on this ~ you might do a search. It is well worth the time invested, as many folks have contributed lots of valuable information.

It's wise of you to be thinking about this before you need to. Good luck!
