What should I do about this buyer? Update Pg 6

They paid in cash. I told them in the first phone call that I didn't take checks.

Thank goodness!

She's got a bad case of buyer's remorse. Don't refund, and don't take any birds back unless you have a very good reason.

I've paid $8 for a RSL point of lay pullet; absolutely nothing special. Her paying an average of $4.50/bird is a bargain.

You owe her nothing.

you sould tell him that is your price and you are not changeing your price

She needs to be smacked in the face with a pitchfork. Hard!! Keep the money, get your cage back and don't let her on your property again!

She called again today to set up a time to pick up the rest she left behind (because 1. they didn't bring enough cages, and 2. we couldn't catch them all since they changed their mind about making 2 trips to get them.). It's like she is bi-polar. Today she was nice.

Sometimes people are nuts.

I sell day old pet quality silkies and my Spitzhaubens for $7.00 each. And I cant keep them.
I sell my year old laying hens, all pure breeds and I let them know who lays best, who is the better broody for $15.00 each if they buy 10 I knock it down to $12.00. And I wont budge off that price.
My Marans and Ameraucanas are $20.00 each no discount because folks are such a pain in the rear at times.

Stick to your guns, you were too good to them to begin with.
