I usually make homemade tameales/beans/rice/tortillas for Christmas Eve dinner, but didn't get the time to do the tamales.
So I bought a family size Stouffers 5 cheese lasagna and a family size Chicken Enchiladas. We will have that with garlic bread/tortillas and a big salad.
