What Should You Have Been?

What should I have been? Well, my answer for that would be a dairy farmers wife, had chances to go to college for animal husbandry, took RN prep courses in high school, decided to stay as Med tech/CNA because I would rather hands on care then the paperwork(Not knocking anyone!). Now, because of my own health issues, I am fortunate (sounds strange) but I can have the time to help my mom in her older years, in a successful relationship and a wonderful Man. God doesn't make mistakes, and we are never to old to do something else in our lives!

Happy, found a husband that supports his family so I don't have to work 2 full time jobs and one part time job.

And there is no money in the horse business!!!!!! Well maybe if you want to work at it and not make it a hobby.

I should have been a vet but I would settle for heiress. I have always loved animals. I should have been born the real life Elly May Clampett.....money & animals...

I wish, I had a bigger farm (huge estate). I love the farm life. Our place is too small to do all the things that we love.

I like the previous post about selecting a better husband.

I would have loved to be an archaeologist. But the magazine I get helps take care of that part, I just dream along with the articles.

Freaky recent poem I wrote....

Careful apologies to my oldest friends
As I snitched them out to their mommies
They both were caught in a rehab ambush
Without knowing it was me who told
Me who felt they were out of hand
Losing a battle with my conscious
Losing a battle with eachother
Nearly losing their lives

And a nice recent poem:

There is a place at the bottom of Copper Dam Road
The power station sits and the trees grow up all around
The river holds bull trout and the sign tells you so
"If you don't know, be safe and let it go!"
Beware to all anglers as they fish through the day
And birds let out sweet songs where the hillside meets the stones.

Can you tell I've been reading William Carlos Williams lately?

Not me. I don't do blood (or vomit, snot, pus, BO.) Course I didn't figure this out until 3/4ths of the way through my pre-med degree.

I too should have been an heiress so I could throw my family fortune away on my chickens and garden.

Me: no vet, either.
One of my chicks got her toe mangled in a hinge last week (oh, the blood!) and I couldn't sleep the entire next night.
